Our client a multinational company in FMCG wishes to hire:
PROCUREMENT MANAGER
He/she must be a university degree holder, experienced for more than 10 years preferably in FMCG sector.
Among his/her duties:
Budget monitoring – performance of Category, managing accordingly to achieve
Target monitoring – performance to target over and above budget, managing accordingly to achieve.
Budget reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of category performance to target and also vs. budget
Stock turn monitoring
Price / Competition monitoring
Principal Accountabilities
Manage and develop key supplier relationships
Provide strategic direction to the category team and clear category targets
Deliver against category briefs
Ensure accurate sales forecasting
Identify and develop new and innovative business opportunities (product, technology, route to market, services, etc) for the product category
Communicate specific product details and information to the Marketing Team
Ensure the development and management of individuals within the team to meet the requirements of their role
