The interviews take at least 4 hours for each candidate. During the above described phases we examine, and cross-check all factors in order to understand how he/she used to operate in the previous working environment. We check the references provided as well.
The identity of our client is revealed only to those who meet the criteria of our short list. Our company is well known for its discreteness in the market.
After the selection phase is finished we find it very useful to communicate both with the client and the candidate selected in order to clarify various issues that may come up in the process, as well as reinforce the working relationship for both sides.
