Our Assessment Team consists of organizational psychologists and experienced professionals from every field of the Greek Market. During the interviews’ phase all candidates meet with our experienced professionals from fields similar to the position that the candidates are being interviewed for. Thereafter our specialized psychologists continue the process of interviewing, putting the candidates through a process of a variety of psychometric tests which are carried out in four phases.
