The Crème de la Crème Human Resources philosophy is that recruitment is too important an issue to be left to chance. Consequently our approach is geared towards targeted executive search.

Each assignment is tailor made to a client’s specific requirements. This is true in respect of the focus and structure of the search, the duration of the assignment and the key structure.

In addition to traditional search Crème de la Crème Human Resources is able to provide clients with a full candidate short-list assessment package which includes psychometric testing.

We have a success rate in retained search business which is the envy of the recruitment industry.

Our recruitment phases in use regarding the selection of the successful candidates are the following:

  • The first phase involves an extensive structured interview designed specifically for the needs of the given job vacancy
  • The second phase includes a variety of psychometric techniques, such as personality tendencies of the potential candidates and the relevant dynamics upon the «person-environment fit»
  • The third phase includes group dynamics in supervisory skills testing or in the cases of executive assistants. Language and PC literacy testing
  • The fourth and final phase is the recommendation of at least three candidates ( the most suitable ones), to your organisation from which the client decides on the one that they like best
  • During all of the above phases our client receives written reports on the progress along with the psychological profiles of the candidates

Finally, a short-list is formed and presented, which includes at least 3 best qualified candidates for the position, accompanied by detailed reports, and the candidates’ test results.
